No Job Too Big
"I thought XXXL in my keyboard's ad meant Extra-Extra-Extra-Little!"
As a recruiter agent, your job is to find the best applicants for the best suitable jobs.
Each day you'll see 3 job positions in your clipboard positioned on the left side of your desk (you have to interact with the clipboard to change the current showing job position) with their requirements: Knowledge, Charisma and Strength. the importance of each attribute is determined by the number of stars (2 stars being the most important and 0 stars mean it's not needed at all.).
Once you got yourself familiar with the job positions, you can start choosing applicants via the computer. "how?", you may ask; well of course by jumping on the keyboards buttons!
-and if you think the keys were arranged that way to make you suffer, don't. that's just the latest ergonomic design for the best 5% XXXL keyboard on the market! or at least that's what they said in the ad.-
After you're satisfied with your selection for each position, you can end the hard day of work by interacting with your coffee mug positioned at the right side of your desk and enjoy looking at the result of your work.
this game was my first attempt at finishing a game and it was a submission to the GMTK Game Jam 2024 with the theme of "Built to Scale".

It doesn't quite align with the theme, and the gameplay could be more engaging.
